The Coastal Chumash Foundation is a Native-Led organization operated by descendants of the Chumash tribes who have lived on the central coast of California since time immemorial. Our mission is to preserve, protect, and educate the community. We are committed to achieving our tribal goals of cultural revitalization, access, ownership, and stewardship of our sacred lands. In everything we do, we honor our ancestors through song, dance, and the revival of our traditional practices.
